Hi, my name is Melanie, and this is the story of Mireya.
The path that led me here wasn’t something I planned. My background in sociology and research taught me to see how systems shape people’s everyday lives. When I began my MBA in Digital Business—driven by pure curiosity about AI—I noticed that talented business owners were burning out on administrative tasks that could easily be automated.
I discovered that successful automation requires both an understanding of human behavior and technological strategy. My education bridges that gap: sociology taught me how people actually work, while my MBA gave me the technical knowledge to build systems that truly serve them.
That’s what fascinates me about AI—its potential to give you back time for what brings you joy, whether that’s family, leisure, or the work you’re most passionate about.
